Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Form hearts by placing two miniature candy canes side by side, bringing the curved ends together.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag and carefully pipe it into the center of each candy cane heart.
Shake the baking sheet gently to help the chocolate settle evenly.
While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle holiday sprinkles over the top.
Allow the Candy Cane Hearts to set at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
