ripe cantaloupe
about 300 grams
200

Greek-style yogurt
or soya yogurt

tablespoons
hemp hearts
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Water or milk
to thin as needed

teaspoon
honey
optional, to taste
Instructions
Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Scoop out the flesh or cut into slices.
In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or milk and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and add honey if desired. Blend again to mix.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
