Cantaloupe Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy smoothie made with ripe cantaloupe and yogurt!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium ripe cantaloupe about 300 grams
  • 200 grams Greek-style yogurt or soya yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Water or milk to thin as needed
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Scoop out the flesh or cut into slices.
  • In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or milk and blend again.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey if desired. Blend again to mix.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
