  • 1 frozen banana Make sure it is frozen for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple chunks

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrot Use fresh, high-quality carrots
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter For healthy fats

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients listed above.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of oat milk into the bottom of your blender.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance flavor.
  • Incorporate 1 frozen banana and 1/2 cup of frozen diced pineapple chunks.
  • Add 1 cup of shredded carrot.
  • Include 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt to add protein.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
  • Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a pinch of ground ginger, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • Blend everything together until smooth, adjusting consistency with more oat milk if necessary.
  • Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness as needed.
  • Serve immediately by pouring into a glass.
