Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Strong Chai Tea Chilled, or 1/4 cup chai concentrate.
  • 1/2-1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Diced Apple
  • 1 serving Protein Powder Plain or vanilla.
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup Or 1-2 Medjool dates.
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter Or any nut butter.
  • 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds Optional.
  • 1/4 tsp Chai Spice Optional.

Instructions
 

  • Brew a strong cup of chai tea and chill it in the refrigerator.
  • Gather all ingredients for the smoothie.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the chilled chai tea, almond milk, frozen bananas, frozen diced apple, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, ground flax seeds, and chai spice.
  • Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Adjust thickness with more almond milk if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour into glasses or bowls and serve immediately.

Notes
