rolled oats

protein powder

chia seeds

milk of choice
1/4
cup
cottage cheese

maple syrup
1/2
Tbsp
vanilla bean paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

strawberry slices (fresh or frozen)

fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
In a bowl or jar, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder.
In a blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and top with strawberry slices and blueberries.
