Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp vanilla bean paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry slices (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder.
  • In a blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and top with strawberry slices and blueberries.
