  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend) Use your preferred blend.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Optional Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough around the filling to form a ball, sealing the mixture inside.

Baking

  • Arrange the chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.
