pizza dough
homemade or store-bought

tbsp
unsalted butter
melted
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
as needed
all-purpose flour
for dusting
as needed
marinara sauce
for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Dust your work surface with flour and divide the pizza dough into 10 equal balls.
Roll each ball into an 8-inch rope, making the ends slightly larger to form the bone shape.
Cut a 1-inch slit at both ends of each breadstick and gently stretch the cut pieces to enhance the bone appearance.
Brush the breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
