Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • as needed all-purpose flour for dusting
  • as needed marinara sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Dust your work surface with flour and divide the pizza dough into 10 equal balls.
  • Roll each ball into an 8-inch rope, making the ends slightly larger to form the bone shape.
  • Cut a 1-inch slit at both ends of each breadstick and gently stretch the cut pieces to enhance the bone appearance.
  • Brush the breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
