Ingredients
  

For the pizza bombs

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix with other cheeses for variety.
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni You can substitute with other proteins such as diced chicken.
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce For dipping.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Cooking spray For greasing the baking sheet.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
  • Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each circle.
  • Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring the cheese and pepperoni stay inside.
  • Arrange the stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the butter mixture over each pizza bomb generously.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
