  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches a thin, rectangular shape.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, then layer the sliced pepperoni evenly.
  • Add dried oregano and garlic powder across the top.
  • Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the fillings as you go.
  • Pinch the ends to seal tightly and place the log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the surface with the beaten egg.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes
