Instructions
Thaw frozen cherries in the refrigerator overnight or microwave, then let cool.
In a bowl, gently mash the thawed cherries with a fork, keeping some chunks for texture.
In a mason jar, combine oats, dairy-free milk, almond butter, flaxseed, maple syrup, lemon juice, and the mashed cherries.
Stir well until everything is mixed and the oats are coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with your choice of toppings like dairy-free yogurt, chocolate chips, or sliced almonds.
