Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry juice or cran-cherry, apple, or white grape juice
  • 1 large banana cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • fresh cherries and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure your frozen cherries are ready.
  • Pour your chosen juice into the blender.
  • Add the halved banana to the blender.
  • Include the frozen dark sweet cherries.
  • Add the vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary, then blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh cherries and mint if desired.
