Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies (as per your favorite recipe) Base cookie dough

Chocolate Coating

  • 8 oz White chocolate melting wafers For dipping
  • to taste Holly berry sprinkles For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Make the Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Portioning

  • Use a food scale to portion dough balls of about 1.5 oz each.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven and line baking sheets with parchment. Bake cookie balls until golden brown, per your recipe's instructions.

Cooling

  • Cool baked cookies completely on a wire rack.

Chocolate Melting

  • Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at half power, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

Dipping and Decoration

  • Dip one half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  • Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the dipped cookies and sprinkle with holly berry sprinkles.

Setting

  • Allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
