Ingredients
  

Pudding Base

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups yogurt (any flavor you prefer) Greek yogurt recommended for creaminess.
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Toppings

  • to taste Fresh fruit (like berries or banana slices)
  • to taste Nuts or seeds Optional garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the chia seeds, yogurt, and milk together until well combined.
  • Stir in the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps from forming.

Setting

  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Once the pudding has set, give it a good stir to ensure a smooth consistency.

Serving

  • Serve the pudding in individual cups or bowls, topping each with fresh fruit and nuts or seeds if desired.
