Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  • Toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each bun. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
