Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
Toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each bun. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
