Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fusilli or rotini pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Cooking Chicken

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Preparing Dressing

  • In a medium bowl, combine Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle dressing over top and toss gently until well coated.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
