Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use dry chicken for better texture.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with other hard cheeses.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust according to taste.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

For assembly

  • 1 cup pizza sauce Use your favorite variety.
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives) Customize based on personal preferences.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chicken mixture onto it. Spread into a thin, even layer.

Baking the Crust

  • Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and firm.

Assembly

  • Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Add your chosen toppings and sprinkle additional cheese if desired.

Final Baking

  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
