Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer heats up, take the chicken sausage out of the packaging and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • If desired, drizzle olive oil over the sausages and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you choose. Toss until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.

Cooking

  • Cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the sausages from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
