Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove the stems from the red chili peppers.
  • Peel the cloves from the head of garlic.

Blending

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cleaned chili peppers, peeled garlic, white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, yet pourable.

Cooking

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Pour in your blended chili garlic mixture carefully and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cooling and Storing

  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Transfer the sauce to a clean, sterilized jar.
