Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 medium banana peeled and chopped
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, cacao powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir well to mix.
  • Pour in unsweetened coconut milk and add vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in the chopped banana.
  • Seal the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture well. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness and adjust consistency with more coconut milk as needed.
  • Top with additional banana slices, nuts, or seeds if desired, and enjoy!
