unsweetened coconut milk

banana
peeled and chopped

pure maple syrup

Instructions
In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, cacao powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir well to mix.
Pour in unsweetened coconut milk and add vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Fold in the chopped banana.
Seal the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the mixture well. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness and adjust consistency with more coconut milk as needed.
Top with additional banana slices, nuts, or seeds if desired, and enjoy!
