Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz frozen banana about 1 to 1.5 bananas
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice oat milk or almond milk recommended
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • as needed fresh raspberries for garnish
  • as needed mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and measure them out for easy blending.
  • Pour 6 oz of frozen banana into the blender.
  • Add 3/4 cup of your chosen milk.
  • Incorporate 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
