Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Nut Butter (peanut butter or any preferred nut butter)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
  • Grease two ramekins and pour the blended batter equally into each.
  • Mix half a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the batter in each ramekin, then sprinkle the remaining chips on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
