Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and cohesive.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Toss the chocolate chips in a little flour and fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
