Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and beat until fully combined, ensuring no lumps are present.
  • Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Baking

  • Drop rounded balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, ensuring space between each ball.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for one minute before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
