Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting For coating before baking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until it forms a thick dough.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Baking

  • Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into balls, approximately one inch in diameter.
  • Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  • Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
