Chocolate Fudge Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks Butter Room temperature
  • 8 oz Cabot Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Chocolate Extract
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 5 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with foil or plastic wrap, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a food processor, combine the softened butter and grated cheddar cheese. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla and chocolate extract and pulse until combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and gradually stir in the cocoa powder until fully blended.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing until the mixture reaches a fudge-like consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours until the fudge is firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhang and cut it into small squares to serve.
