Chocolate Haystack Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 12 oz Chinese Chow Mein Noodles
  • Sprinkles For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  • Once melted, add chow mein noodles to the chocolate mixture, gently folding until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop mounds of the chocolate-coated noodle mixture onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle festive sprinkles on top of each mound.
  • Let the cookies sit for about 15 minutes to set. If desired, place the baking sheet in the fridge for quicker setting.
  • Once set, enjoy your Chocolate Haystack Cookies or store them for later!
