Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 pieces bananas (frozen is best)
  • 1/2 cup milk (add another 1/4 cup if needed)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients listed above.
  • In a blender, combine peanut butter, bananas, milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if necessary for consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired with honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
