  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • In another bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cake batter in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate batter over the peanut butter mixture, ensuring it covers it completely.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) over the top of the batter.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
