Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats regular or gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice chocolate milk is recommended
  • 2-3 teaspoons peanut butter or any nut or seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional for added texture and nutrition

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, sea salt, and chia seeds.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the oats are soaked in the liquid.
  • Transfer the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers and seal.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 30 minutes, to allow the oats to soften.
  • In the morning, enjoy your Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats cold or warmed up, topped with your favorite ingredients.
