Instructions
Prepare your frozen banana and cauliflower by cutting them into manageable pieces.
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen cauliflower, hemp seeds, date, and milk.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more dates or a sweetener of your choice.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
