Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen in chunks
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
  • ice optional, for a thicker consistency

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your frozen banana and cauliflower by cutting them into manageable pieces.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen cauliflower, hemp seeds, date, and milk.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more dates or a sweetener of your choice.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
