  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Can substitute with crushed nuts for variation.

For the Coating

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Can substitute with butter.
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • Begin by combining 1 cup of creamy peanut butter with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in a mixing bowl, mixing until smooth.
  • Add in 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers and stir until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a tablespoon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the chocolate-covered balls with 1/4 cup of caramel sauce.
  • Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Notes
