vanilla yogurt (dairy-free or sugar-free if desired)

milk of choice (almond, soy, oat, or regular cow's milk)

unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder

salt

peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
Gather your ingredients: yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, salt, and any optional ingredients like peanut butter.
In the blender, add the yogurt followed by the milk.
Add the cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and the optional peanut butter.
Taste the mixture and add sugar or sweetener to your preference.
Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
If desired, freeze some milk into cubes for a thicker smoothie next time.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
