Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bananas chopped and frozen
  • 5 large frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened plant milk (oat, almond, cashew, soy, hemp, or coconut)
  • 1.5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 stem kale (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the bananas are chopped and frozen.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen bananas and strawberries.
  • Pour in your chosen plant milk.
  • Add the cocoa powder.
  • If using, add hemp seeds, kale, and cashew butter now.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
