  • 1 package 14.1 oz Mint Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality chips for best results.
  • 1/2 cup red M&M candies For decoration.
  • 1/2 cup green M&M candies For decoration.
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring Adjust to desired color.

Preparation

  • Crush the Mint Oreos in a resealable bag until fine.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals.
  • Add the crushed Mint Oreos to the melted white chocolate and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Incorporate 2-3 drops of green food coloring and mix well.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture in, smoothing it out.
  • Press red and green M&Ms into the top before chilling.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm.
  • Lift the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
