Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 20 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened
  • 8 oz milk chocolate For coating
  • 3 tablespoons Christmas-themed sprinkles For decoration

Instructions

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreos by placing them in a food processor or high-speed blender until they achieve a fine powder, or crush them in a resealable bag using a rolling pin.
  • Transfer the crushed Oreos to a mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese.
  • Combine the mixture thoroughly until it forms a sticky dough that can easily be rolled into balls.

Rolling and Freezing

  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

Coating

  • Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer and coat each ball in the melted chocolate, using a fork to allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle Christmas-themed sprinkles on top of each ball.

Serving

  • Transfer the coated Oreo Balls to a serving dish or package them for sharing.
