  • 1 package Golden Oreos (approximately 14.3 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup chocolate coating (white or milk chocolate)
  • 12 pieces Mini Reese's cups, for topping
  • as desired Sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  • Transfer the crumbled Oreos to a mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.

Coating and Decoration

  • Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or a double boiler, stirring regularly.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely covered.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, press a Mini Reese's cup on top of each ball.
  • Add sprinkles or other decorations as desired before the chocolate sets.
  • Allow chocolate to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
