Prepare your brownie mix according to package directions and pour it into a greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
Cut the cooled brownies into triangles to form Christmas trees. Discard the edge pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add vanilla icing and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix until you achieve your desired green color.
Transfer the green icing to a piping bag and pipe it onto the brownie trees in a tree-like pattern.
Sprinkle green decorating sugar over the icing while it’s still warm.
Add Christmas light sprinkles and place a star sprinkle on top of each brownie tree.
Allow the decorations to set before serving.
