Microwave white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power for 4-5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted white chocolate into the center, spreading it to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Sprinkle pearlized nonpareils on top and freeze for about 15 minutes to set.
While the white chocolate is chilling, melt green and dark chocolate candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls, again using 50% power and stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour the melted green and dark chocolate into separate decorating bags, cutting a small tip off the ends.
Once the white chocolate has set, use the green chocolate to draw tree shapes and the dark chocolate for the trunks on the white bark.
Sprinkle small star sprinkles on top of each tree design, then return the bark to the freezer for another 15 minutes to set.
Carefully break the bark into pieces for serving, ensuring that each piece features the tree designs.
