Christmas Trifle

A beautiful layered dessert featuring angel food cake, vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz angel food cake, cut into eighths
  • 8 packs (3.25 oz each) vanilla pudding snack packs
  • 4 cups chopped strawberries
  • as needed whipped cream, for topping
  • as needed pomegranate seeds, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cut one-eighth of the angel food cake into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Place half of the cake pieces at the bottom of your serving glass to form the first layer.
  • Layer half of a vanilla pudding snack pack over the angel food cake pieces.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped strawberries on top of the pudding.
  • Add the remaining cake pieces on top, followed by the second half of the vanilla pudding.
  • Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of strawberries on top of the pudding.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  • Repeat the steps for remaining serving glasses and refrigerate for a while before serving.
