  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or your sweetener of choice)
  • As needed chocolate chips
  • As needed fresh banana slices
  • As needed chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, and milk. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Add chia seeds and honey. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, stir the oats and add chocolate chips, banana slices, and walnuts on top.
