Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sour cream, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it. Add the remaining batter, followed by the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Use a butter knife to gently swirl through the batter to create a marbled effect.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
