Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Add dairy-free vanilla yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Cover the bowl tightly or transfer the mixture into individual jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, layer with extra sugar and cinnamon if desired, and enjoy cold or warm.
