Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Add dairy-free vanilla yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
Cover the bowl tightly or transfer the mixture into individual jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, layer with extra sugar and cinnamon if desired, and enjoy cold or warm.
