  • 1 cup Circus Animal cookies Can substitute with any colorful frosted cookies

Preparation

  • Prepare a large mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and vegetable oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir until the cereal is completely coated.
  • Transfer the coated cereal to the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  • While the mixture is still warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cereal and toss to coat evenly.
  • Allow the mixture to cool completely, then gently mix in the Circus Animal cookies and sprinkles if using.
  • For a finishing touch, drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the top and let it set.
