- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and vegetable oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir until the cereal is completely coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal to the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- While the mixture is still warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cereal and toss to coat evenly.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely, then gently mix in the Circus Animal cookies and sprinkles if using.
