Instructions
Slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise and gently scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, ground mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks, and mash until creamy and smooth.
Prepare two bowls with water; add five drops of red food coloring to one and five drops of green to the other.
Dip the halved egg whites into the colored water to achieve the desired saturation.
Pat the colored egg whites dry with a paper towel.
Fill each colored egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Arrange the filled devilled eggs on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
