Instructions
Gather all your ingredients: rolled oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
In a bowl or mason jar, mix the rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a dash of sea salt.
Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Seal the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, enjoy chilled or warmed, straight from the jar or bowl.
