Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Regular or gluten-free.
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Or any milk of your choice.
  • 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Yogurt Preferably coconut flavored.
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: rolled oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  • In a bowl or mason jar, mix the rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a dash of sea salt.
  • Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Seal the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • When ready to serve, enjoy chilled or warmed, straight from the jar or bowl.
