Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried mango, chopped Use high-quality mango with no added sugars.
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or cashew) Use your preferred nut butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Can adjust the amount for desired sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by placing the chopped dried mango in a food processor. Pulse until the mango becomes a sticky paste.
  • Add in the shredded coconut, rolled oats, almond flour, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Pulse the mixture until all ingredients blend, forming a thick and cohesive dough.
  • Once the mixture forms a ball, remove it from the processor. If it’s too sticky, add more almond flour or shredded coconut until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  • Once you have formed all the balls, you can roll them in shredded coconut for an extra touch.
  • Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • After chilling, transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container for storage or serve immediately.
