  • 1 tablespoon honey Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweetened coconut flakes, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until they form a smooth and creamy mixture, ensuring no clumps.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more honey for sweetness or more lime juice for tang.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
