Ingredients
  

  • whole frozen bananas
  • ½ to ¾ cup cold brew coffee concentrate to taste
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk plus more as needed
  • 3 whole soft Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon plus more for garnish
  • 2 handfuls ice
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on the kitchen counter.
  • In a high-speed blender, add the frozen bananas, cold brew coffee concentrate, almond milk, Medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Add the ice and blend again until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and chocolate shavings.
