Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 banana Mashed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk of Choice Almond, soy, cow's milk, etc.
  • a pinch Sea Salt Optional.
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Chocolate Chips For Topping As desired.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly coat a suitable oven-safe dish with oil.
  • In a blender, combine oats, mashed banana, egg, milk, sea salt, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and firm with a slight jiggle in the center.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
