Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly coat a suitable oven-safe dish with oil.
In a blender, combine oats, mashed banana, egg, milk, sea salt, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and firm with a slight jiggle in the center.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
