Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups Heavy cream Rich and creamy, forms the base of your ice cream.
  • 1 cup Whole milk Adds an extra layer of creaminess.
  • 2/3 cup Organic cane sugar Balances the flavors and enhances the overall taste.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Complementing flavor for the chocolate in the Oreos.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances the sweetness.

Mix-Ins

  • 15 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed Provides chunks of chocolatey goodness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, pour in the whole milk, organic cane sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add the vanilla extract and gently fold in the heavy cream, being careful not to overmix.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about one hour.

Churning

  • After chilling, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20 to 30 minutes).
  • During the final stages of churning, add the crushed Oreos.
  • Transfer the ice cream into an airtight container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least four hours.

Serving

  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
